In Encounter Note, you can delete any information entered manually into the encounter note. When the Clear All Entries command on the Encounter Note Actions menu is selected, any information entered manually into the encounter note is removed. Such information includes:
Text added using Text Writer
Medical drawings added using the Drawing tool
Patient data cited into the note by manual selection
Medcin findings that were manually selected and any specified sub-findings or qualifiers
Section headings and dictation markers that were automatically added to the document according to the Encounter Note preferences on the Section Sequencing tab.
Orders, vitals, vaccinations, auto-cited data, and other automated information will remain in the document.
Display the encounter note for which you want to clear findings.
From the Intergy EHR menu, select Encounter Note Actions, and then select Clear All Entries.
